Here’s What’s Planned
Day-1 | 14-Mar-2026, Sat – Afternoon Check-in
Report in the afternoon, check-in and settle into your accommodation. While coming from Delhi/Kathgodam, you can visit Kainchi Dham, Golu Devta. After check-in, introduction session, Evening gathering – Stories, laughter & stargazing. Delicious Dinner – Enjoy local flavors. Cozy Night Stay.
Day-2 | 15-Mar-2026, Sun – Nature Walk and Jageshwar Darshan
After breakfast, start for Jageshwar Dham Temple. After darshan, proceed to Vriddh Jageshwar. From Vriddh Jageshwar, we will begin a 10 km scenic walk to Dhaulchhina. During the walk, you can enjoy blooming Buransh (rhododendron) flowers and clear views of the Himalayan ranges. Guests who do not wish to do the walk, can travel directly to the hotel by cab. The evening will be free for leisure and relaxation.
Day-3 | 16-Mar-2026, Mon – Check Out
After breakfast, check out the property. You can visit Gairar Golu Devta, Kasar Devi, Almora.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip more than 30 days before trip start day.
- 25% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 22-29 days before trip start day.
- 50% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 15-21 days before trip start day.
- 75% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 8-14 days before trip start day.
- No refund in case you cancel the trip 0-7 days before trip start day.
- No refund for unused or partial used services.
- Full refund if we cancel the trip. Please note that no additional compensation or payment will be provided.
Important Information
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited during the event
- Carry only what you can manage – Helper facility may not be available for luggage.
- Accommodation will be allotted in Double, Triple sharing.
